Middle Years (Grade 6 to 8) :
- English Language : The English Language curriculum focuses on developing students'
reading, writing, and communication skills. Students are introduced to more complex
literary genres and practice analyzing and interpreting texts.
- Other Languages : Students learn to read and write in Hindi and Telugu. The four
language skills listening, speaking, reading, and writing are carefully graded and
sequenced.
- Mathematics : The Mathematics curriculum covers topics such as integers, fractions,
algebra, geometry, and data handling. Students continue to develop their problem-
solving skills and learn to use mathematical concepts in real-life situations.
- Science :The Science curriculum covers topics such as diversity, motion, energy, and
matter. Students learn about basic scientific concepts and conduct experiments to
explore these topics.
- Social Studies :The Social Studies curriculum covers topics related to history, geography,
and civics. Students learn about the early civilizations, the geography of India, and the
basic principles of the Indian Constitution.
- Skill Activity : Skill activities like financial literacy, coding, and block printing, handicrafts,
graphic novels, Financial Literacy, Tourism, Baking etc have been taken up to enhance
the skills of the children.
- Physical Education : Physical Education is an important part of the school curriculum.
Students learn a range of sports and Yoga. Health and Physical Education focuses on
holistic development, both mental and physical, understanding the importance of
physical fitness, health, and well-being
